Ordering

 

You can order online using our secure website with payment processing provided by HSBC Plc. It is our standard policy to take payment at the time of ordering. We accept all credit and debit cards except American Express. On receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation.

Alternatively, you can telephone our Hopscotch Kids shop on 01279 505051 and place your order over the phone. Our opening hours are Tuesday – Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Delivery

  • Within the UK: £3.50
  • Within Europe: £4.95
  • Rest of the World: £10.00

 

Heavy items such as the teepees, playhouses, motorbikes, wheelybugs and scooters will incur an additional £12 delivery charge within the UK and additional £30 outside the UK.  All online orders are despatched within 1 – 3 working days. Please contact us on 01279 505051 or by email info@hopscotch-kids.co.uk if you need an item particularly urgently and we will arrange express delivery. You may have to pay import duty if your delivery address is outside the EU.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as possible. We will always email you with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel your order. If your order is sent in more than one delivery, you will still only pay one postage charge.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to offer you a full refund or free exchange if you are not happy with any item. Please return any unwanted item within 21 days ensuring it is unused and in the original packaging to

We recommend that you use registered mail as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. We regret that we cannot refund postage charges on returned purchases unless an item is faulty.
