Ordering
You can order online using our secure website with payment processing provided by Barclays Plc. It is our standard policy to take payment at the time of ordering. We accept all credit and debit cards except American Express. On receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation.
Alternatively, you can telephone Hopscotch Kids on 07703735612 and place your order over the phone. Our opening hours are Monday – Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm.

- Within UK under 2kg: £3.75
- Within UK 2-5kg: £6.00
- Within UK over 5kg: £15.75
- Europe under 2kg: £7.95
- Europe 2-5kg: £12.95
- Europe over 5kg: £25.00
- Rest of World under 2kg: £12.95
- Rest of World 2-5kg: £25.00
- Rest of World over 5kg: £33.75
All online orders are despatched within 1 – 3 working days. Please contact us on 01279 755842 (From the 18th November), 07703735612 or by email info@hopscotch-kids.co.uk if you need an item particularly urgently and we will arrange express delivery. You may have to pay import duty if your delivery address is outside the EU.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as possible. We will always email you with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel your order. If your order is sent in more than one delivery, you will still only pay one postage charge.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to offer you a full refund or free exchange if you are not happy with any item. Please return any unwanted item within 21 days ensuring it is unused and in the original packaging to
